Refund and Cancellation Policy
With my spiritual services I aim to provide a supportive and transformative experience and so far no one has ever asked for a refund, so trust you will be happy with the service provided. However, please read the following before booking:
No Refunds for Completed Sessions
All completed sessions are non-refundable. There are no guarantees as to the effects of the services provided and once completed there will be no refunds.
No Refunds for Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please consider carefully if you wish to book the service. Once booked and paid for there will be no refunds if you change your mind. Instead, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a later date or gift the service to someone else to use.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session to allow for rescheduling. There is no guaranteed time frame as to when an alternative suitable date will be available as it will depend on session availability.
In case of an emergency and you are suddenly unable to attend the session, it will be at my discretion as to whether you will be offered an alternative later date without extra payment.
In the unlikely event that I suddenly need to cancel, you will be offered an alternative day that suits you or a refund.
